- • As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics at Remote Referral Board Inc., you will serve as the strategic engine behind the company's global marketing growth, moving beyond basic reporting to shape data-driven investment decisions that directly impact where the next dollar is spent.
- • Day to day, you will lead the development and refinement of multi-touch attribution models, build frameworks for measuring non-paid marketing channels like Share of Voice and brand sentiment, drive annual and quarterly marketing planning with data-backed budget recommendations, maintain Lifetime Value (LTV) predictive models, analyze the full B2B funnel for growth opportunities, ensure marketing data integrity as a guardian of the single source of truth, and mentor senior analysts while setting standards for analytical excellence across the Revenue Operations team.
- • You will join Remote, a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams, with team members across six continents and a culture rooted in innovation, automation, AI, and asynchronous work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS marketing analytics, master advanced attribution and predictive modeling techniques, strengthen your ability to translate complex data into executive-level narratives, and grow as a technical leader influencing global marketing strategy while working with modern tools like Snowflake, dbt, Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
