- • Build and maintain interactive dashboards to track product performance, sales trends, customer usage, and other key marketing KPIs using data visualization tools.
- • Automate recurring reporting processes to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistent delivery of business insights.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and sales to define reporting requirements and validate data accuracy across systems.
- • Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources to support both routine reporting and ad hoc business analyses.
- • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with data pipelines and dashboard performance to guarantee timely and accurate reporting.
- • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, visually compelling presentations and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- • Document dashboard logic, data definitions, source mappings, and reporting methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- • Support the transition and migration of data sources to new platforms or systems while maintaining reporting integrity and consistency.
- • Ensure all reporting activities comply with internal standards, regulatory expectations, and data governance policies.
- • Communicate analytical results and business recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences through written and verbal formats.
- • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when working with large datasets and complex metrics to prevent errors and misinterpretations.
- • Work in a hybrid, remote, or onsite capacity based on location flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in the Midwest region.
- • Travel up to 10% as needed for meetings, training, or cross-team collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of work experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
- • Professional experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- • Experience with SQL and ability to query relational databases (preferred)
- • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (preferred)
- • Must be based in the Midwest region
