- • Senior Analytics Consultant – Global Consumer Relations role at Concentrix, a global technology and services leader powering the world’s best brands through intelligent transformation, data, and technology solutions.
- • The role involves transforming consumer feedback data from over 6,000 daily interactions across 84 markets into actionable insights that drive product innovation and improve customer experience for key partners in Innovation, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
- • Part of the Concentrix Technical Products and Services team, which integrates digital engineering, human-centered design, and data expertise to deliver market-leading technology and insights that modernize and simplify customer experiences at scale.
- • The position enables the individual to develop strategic consulting, design, advisory services, and contact center analytics that deliver measurable value to clients while advancing their expertise in data storytelling, analytics frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration within a globally recognized, award-winning organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
- • Advanced data-analysis capability with experience working on complex, high-volume datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- • Proven experience as a Senior Insights Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within the Consumer Service or Consumer Care sector.
- • Experience using data-visualization tools such as Power BI.
- • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across analyses, visuals, and presentations.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
