• Senior Analytics Engineer role focused on building and managing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support Intercom’s AI Group in delivering advanced customer service AI solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing data models, collaborating with ML scientists and analysts, ensuring data quality and governance, conducting advanced analytics for strategic decisions, automating reporting workflows, and influencing data strategy across teams.
