- • As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Consensys, you will design, build, and maintain reliable data models that transform raw data into business-ready datasets, directly supporting the company’s mission to scale web3 adoption for one billion participants and five million developers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable KPIs and dashboards, developing and optimizing dbt models, ensuring data quality and governance, and creating visualizations that empower data-driven decision-making across Finance, Product, and Leadership teams.
- • You will join the Data team within the Office of the COO at Consensys, a leading blockchain and web3 software company founded by Joe Lubin, where you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and analytics to build the metrics frameworks essential for operational excellence and IPO readiness.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern data stack technologies, influence company-wide KPI definitions, and grow your impact by enabling trusted, scalable data access across a global, remote-first team of builders shaping the decentralized web.
🎯 Requirements
- • Over 6 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer
- • Expert-level SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance
- • Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
- • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling)
- • Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
- • Experience defining KPIs and metrics for business stakeholders
