📋 Description

• As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Cosuno GmbH, you will take full ownership of the data pipeline from ingestion to actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions for product, internal teams, customers, and investors.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning and improving the dbt pipeline for reliable, tested data models; maintaining and extending Looker to build dashboards and reports; strengthening the Postgres-to-BigQuery data pipeline with custom Python automation; and integrating the warehouse with external tools like Salesforce or ActiveCampaign.
• You will join a small, collaborative Data team within Cosuno’s engineering culture that values ownership, quality, automation, transparency, and AI-native workflows using tools like Claude Code.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern analytics engineering, lead end-to-end data projects, and contribute to a mission-driven company transforming the construction industry through technology and AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional experience building and maintaining data models with dbt and writing advanced SQL.
• Solid Python skills for data syncing, automation, and general scripting.
• Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery and comfort working with source databases like Postgres.
• Experience building dashboards and serving data to non-technical stakeholders, with strong Looker proficiency being a big plus.
• Strong, hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools—especially Claude Code—and a habit of using them daily.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
