- • As Senior Analytics Manager at Airalo, you will lead the analytics function to transform data into strategic decisions that impact millions of travelers worldwide, ensuring insights drive product, growth, and business strategy.
- • You will own the end-to-end analytics process—from defining key metrics and building dashboards to conducting deep-dive analyses and presenting actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders in product, marketing, and leadership.
- • You will mentor and grow a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and impact, while establishing best practices for data quality, experimentation, and storytelling.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to identify opportunities, evaluate experiments, and influence roadmap decisions using data-driven narratives.
- • You will work with Airalo’s fully remote Data team, leveraging best-in-class tools to scale impact across the organization and contribute to a mission of making global travel seamless through eSIM innovation.
- • You will have the autonomy to experiment, innovate, and shape the analytics function in a fast-growing, mission-driven company that values ownership and customer-centricity.
- • You will develop leadership and strategic influence skills, gaining exposure to executive-level decision-making while advancing your expertise in analytics, storytelling, and data-driven product strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, with proven ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations.
- • Strong expertise in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) for building dashboards and reports.
- • Experience leading or mentoring analysts and driving analytics initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- • Proficiency in statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product and growth experiments.
- • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
