Senior Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• • As the Senior Analytics Manager at Willow Health, Inc., you will lead the analytics function and be responsible for turning data into strategic decisions that drive business growth and customer value in a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight loss care.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary analytical resource for understanding business performance, analyze product metrics like LTV, refunds, and churn, build and monitor retention curves by cohort and channel, identify customer leakage points, evaluate acquisition channel quality, uncover growth opportunities, own and maintain dashboards, run ad hoc analyses for leadership, proactively surface insights, partner with the CRO manager on experimentation, drive metric alignment across teams, collaborate with marketing on acquisition analytics, and support leadership on strategic decisions.
