🎯 Requirements

- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who breaks down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses before analyzing data
- • Direct communicator who can walk skeptical stakeholders through complex findings and gain buy-in quickly
