- • As a Senior Associate in BizOps & Analytics at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business, driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in four years.
- • Day to day, you will define the right business problems, build reports and run analyses using SQL, Python, and Metabase, surface actionable insights, and drive outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations with clear recommendations and next steps.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who prioritize impact over process—no slides, no corporate fluff, and a hands-on culture where you own execution from insight to impact in one of Jerry’s core areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your first-principles thinking, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end ownership skills while working with egoless, curious teammates on high-impact initiatives that directly shape the trajectory of a fast-growing, profitable startup backed by $240M+ in funding.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL, Python, or Excel
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
