• • As a Senior Associate, Business Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing data-driven strategies across critical business initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, including our VP of BizOps & Analytics, Armando La Rocca, a seasoned professional with a background from BCG and Better. Your role will involve deep dives into complex business challenges, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning models to uncover actionable insights. This position offers unparalleled exposure to the core of our business, allowing you to influence strategic decisions and directly contribute to our mission of making car ownership affordable and accessible.
• • Jerry is at an exciting inflection point, having achieved profitability in early 2024 and setting sights on scaling from 5 million to 50 million customers and becoming a $10 billion business. You will be at the forefront of this growth, partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and business development. Your responsibilities will include integrating customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies, ensuring our growth efforts are both effective and efficient. You will be a key player in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B experiments, meticulously extracting insights that will guide product development and overarching business strategies.
