- • As a Senior BI Analyst at WeTravel, Inc., you will serve as a subject matter expert for all things data-related, supporting business partners with advanced insights to drive strategic decisions across the organization.
- • Day to day, you will utilize advanced data structures and tools to guide business decisions through data visualization, business intelligence, and data collection; partner with stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations; build and maintain internal reporting pipelines and dashboards; write advanced SQL queries; manage project plans; and conduct training and webinars to enable self-serve analytics.
- • You will work closely with the VP of Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze user journeys, customer activations, cohort analysis, product success, and customer health and engagement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder collaboration while enabling data-driven decision-making and gaining visibility into the company’s financial and operational performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant experience with data modeling tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- • Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL to transform datasets to meet business needs.
- • Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- • Experience developing dashboards or performing analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions iteratively.
- • Ability to self-start and self-direct operational initiatives while comfortably managing ambiguity.
- • Quantitative forecasting experience.
