📋 Description
- • The Senior Commercial Solar Performance Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for the operational health and performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects at Omnidian, Inc., a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for the distributed solar and energy storage industries.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and resolving performance issues with commercial solar systems, supporting the onboarding of new clients and assets, delivering reporting obligations, providing technical support to customers and service technicians, and managing multiple tasks and priorities across routine operations and innovative projects.
- • The role is part of a passionate, mission-driven team at Omnidian, a certified B Corp headquartered in Seattle, WA, dedicated to building a more sustainable future through innovative technology and exceptional customer experience in the solar and energy storage sectors.
- • The analyst will develop expertise in solar performance analytics, deepen technical knowledge of solar monitoring platforms, enhance client communication and service delivery skills, and contribute to scalable processes that ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction across a growing commercial solar portfolio.
