📋 Description
- • As a Senior Consultant SAP PP / Produktionsplanung (m/w/d), you will lead and shape production processes for clients through SAP PP and S/4HANA projects, driving impact in manufacturing optimization and digital transformation.
- • Day to day, you will take (partial) project responsibility in SAP PP/S/4HANA initiatives, design and implement customized solutions, optimize production processes, accompany rollouts and transformations, collaborate with adjacent modules (MM, SD) and business units, and act as a sparring partner for clients from strategy to user training.
- • You will join a growing, collaborative team of experienced SAP consultants in production, procurement, and sales at Mindsquare AG, where short communication paths, active idea contribution, and co-creation of the SAP PP practice are encouraged and valued.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise across industries and company sizes, develop professionally and personally through mentorship and transparent career modeling, and gain influence in shaping the future of manufacturing SAP solutions while working on meaningful, high-impact projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in SAP PP projects, preferably in a consulting environment
- • Solid knowledge of SAP PP Customizing and understanding of adjacent processes (e.g., MM, SD)
- • Experience in implementation, rollout, or transformation projects (ideally S/4HANA)
- • Willingness to take responsibility and actively advise clients
- • Travel readiness and fluent German language skills
