- • As a Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA MM, you will drive end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay optimizations and S/4HANA transformations for clients, from initial workshops to Go-Live, working remotely, hybrid, or on-site.
- • Your day-to-day includes analyzing and optimizing procurement processes, developing functional and IT concepts, implementing them via SAP MM customizing, moderating workshops with stakeholders, and guiding clients through transformation journeys.
- • You will join mindsquare’s growing Procurement team, collaborating with experienced SAP consultants, contributing to team development, and participating in regular coworking weeks to strengthen collaboration beyond project work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM, gain exposure to AI-driven procurement use cases, expand into Ariba or adjacent modules, and grow professionally through individualized mentorship, transparent career modeling, and diverse cross-industry projects.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM consulting, ideally including S/4HANA customizing
- • Practical understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes and their continuous improvement
- • Ability to translate business requirements into viable technical concepts and oversee their implementation
- • Confident presence in workshops and client interactions, with strong facilitation and persuasion skills at eye level
- • Structured, independent work ethic and strong team collaboration mindset
- • Very good German and good English language skills
- • Willingness to travel for on-site client appointments as project-dependent
