  • • Join Sully.ai, a pioneering force in revolutionizing the healthcare industry, as a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Dubai, UAE. We are on a mission to make access to a great doctor a fundamental human right, tackling the pervasive issues of delays, misdiagnoses, administrative chaos, and clinician burnout that plague the current system. Our innovative AI teammates, including scribes, nurses, receptionists, and translators, are powered by world-class proprietary models and are actively deployed in real-world clinical settings.
  • • Sully.ai is experiencing remarkable traction, having secured over 450 organizations in just 16 months. Our AI agents have demonstrably cut administrative burdens by approximately 2.8 hours daily per clinician and have reduced onboarding times by an impressive 85%. To date, we have successfully completed over 5 million clinical tasks across more than 36 specialties. Our growth is fueled by significant investment, including a $25 million raise from prominent investors like YC, Eric Yuan, Amity, and Semper Virens. Furthermore, our patented AI architecture, MedCon-1, has proven to outperform leading models like GPT-4.5, Gemini, and Claude in clinical reasoning tasks, underscoring our technological leadership.
  • • As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from Sully.ai's solutions. This role demands an 'A-player' mentality, capable of delivering exceptional output and driving significant impact. You will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic clients, fostering deep, trust-based partnerships with C-suite executives, VPs, directors, and clinical leaders.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to own the entire client relationship lifecycle. This involves orchestrating all client interactions, including regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will proactively define success metrics tailored to each client's unique objectives and operational context. Developing comprehensive adoption plans will be crucial to ensure seamless integration and widespread utilization of our AI solutions across their organizations.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to lead clients towards measurable outcomes. You will meticulously track and report on the impact of Sully.ai, demonstrating tangible ROI through metrics that matter most to our clients, such as significant time savings for clinicians, increased revenue generation, enhanced staff satisfaction, and improved patient care delivery. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives will be essential.
  • • You will also be a key driver of account expansion, proactively identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and broader adoption of Sully.ai's capabilities. This includes ensuring that pilot programs are not only successful but also serve as a springboard for long-term, value-driven partnerships. By consistently demonstrating measurable ROI, you will solidify Sully.ai's position as an indispensable partner.
  • • This role involves significant 'playbook building' – you will contribute to developing and refining the best practices for consulting and supporting our highest-value accounts. Your insights and experiences will directly shape how we scale our customer success operations and ensure consistent excellence across our client base.
  • • Crucially, you will serve as the internal 'voice of the client.' This means translating real-world challenges, feedback, and emerging needs from the clinical environment into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams. Your advocacy will ensure that Sully.ai's roadmap is directly aligned with delivering maximum impact and value to our clients, ensuring we ship features and improvements that truly move the needle.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit, thinking in terms of outcomes and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. You will operate with a sense of extreme ownership and accountability, treating client success as your own. A metrics-driven approach, relentless prioritization, and the ability to own results end-to-end are paramount.
  • • Your first month will focus on rapidly mastering Sully.ai's product suite, gaining a deep understanding of diverse clinical workflows, and formulating a clear vision of 'what winning looks like' for each of your assigned strategic accounts. You will establish a robust executive cadence, including stakeholder mapping, defining key success metrics, setting a regular meeting rhythm, and developing comprehensive success plans for every account under your purview. A key objective will be to deliver at least one visible client win within this initial period, such as a significant adoption lift, a critical workflow unlock, or the identification of a clear expansion path.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are mission-obsessed, driven by the desire to improve healthcare outcomes, and who thrive on solving complex, first-of-their-kind problems at the intersection of AI and medicine. If you are an elite teammate who raises the bar with high standards, provides direct feedback, and values craft excellence, you will find a rewarding and impactful career at Sully.ai.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 6 years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically serving C-suite, VP, or Director-level executives, with a proven track record of running high-stakes meetings and influencing strategic outcomes.
  • • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build trust, consistently deliver measurable results, and effectively keep executive stakeholders aligned and engaged.
  • • Experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment is highly preferred. Backgrounds in management consulting or as a former founder are also strongly considered.
  • • A proactive, 'owner's mindset' with a commitment to taking extreme accountability for client success and driving end-to-end results.
  • • Highly metrics-driven approach to work, with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to conduct in-person client meetings, attend industry conferences, and foster strong relationships within the UAE region and potentially beyond.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to be a foundational member of a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup revolutionizing the $800B+ healthcare market.
  • • Work alongside a team composed of over 50% ex-founders, fostering a culture of high performance, autonomy, and ownership.
  • • Engage with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies applied to solve critical, real-world problems in medicine.
  • • Directly contribute to improving the lives of doctors by reclaiming their time and enhancing patient care delivery.
  • • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and impact, including potential equity options.
  • • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits designed to support employee well-being.
