- • Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant (part-time) role at Enavate, a Microsoft Gold Partner delivering tailored business solutions to SMB organizations, focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on business needs, designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys, building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, supporting integrations, participating in full lifecycle delivery (requirements to post-go-live), troubleshooting issues, collaborating with architects and developers, contributing to documentation, and supporting pre-sales activities when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service
- • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Service
- • Experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
- • Experience with data migration, integrations, and system configuration within the Dynamics ecosystem
- • Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- • Comfortable interacting directly with business stakeholders and technical teams
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly desirable
