- • As a Senior Data Analyst at Brandtech Plus, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive creative and marketing decisions for global clients across 40+ countries. Your work will directly influence how the company leverages AI and data to revolutionize content creation, audience understanding, and campaign performance, making you a key contributor to innovative, insight-led solutions.
- • You will deliver best-in-class audience, category, and market analytics that provide robust, actionable learnings for teams in social management, creative, strategy, and performance marketing, ensuring insights are not only accurate but directly applicable to real-world marketing challenges.
- • You will interpret and interrogate data from diverse sources — including social media, search, surveys, panels, and third-party research — to build integrated views of audience behaviors, attitudes, and needs, enabling data-driven storytelling that informs content and experience design.
- • You will design, commission, and evaluate surveys to test hypotheses and gather deeper insights, while also conducting audits of client social channels to assess effectiveness and recommend platform, content, and audience optimizations.
- • You will lay the foundations for best-in-class social insight reporting by building measurement frameworks, social benchmarks, report templates, and defining strategic learnings and recommendations that become institutionalized across teams.
- • You will use social listening and influencer tools to track brand reputation, identify emerging cultural trends, and evaluate influencer performance through bespoke measurement methodologies, turning raw data into forward-looking cultural intelligence.
- • You will act as a champion for the company’s insight tools and associated products and services, promoting their adoption and effectiveness across the business to ensure maximum utilization and impact.
- • You will collaborate closely with strategists, content creators, account managers, social, and performance teams to deliver insights that are not only technically sound but also strategically relevant and actionable in client-facing contexts.
- • You will contribute to pitches and senior stakeholder presentations by selling in cultural and audience intelligence practices, helping win new business and deepen existing client relationships through data-led storytelling.
- • You will own and develop relationships with key suppliers within the tech stack to maximize tool usage and effectiveness, ensuring the team has access to the best available data and analytics capabilities.
- • You will embed best practices in measurement, reporting, and insight generation at the heart of all work, fostering a culture of rigor and continuous improvement across the Cultural and Audience Intelligence team.
- • You will foster a culture of learning and expertise by organizing training sessions, sharing industry updates, and mentoring analysts to elevate the team’s collective capability in research and measurement disciplines.
- • You will manage a team of analysts across multiple insight product/service offerings, ensuring they are knowledgeable, trained, and efficient in delivering services while tracking utilization and managing deliverables to hit briefs and maintain project efficiency.
- • You will create insight and thought-leadership pieces based on audience behaviors, attitudes, and trends, positioning Brandtech Plus as a leader in cultural intelligence and innovative marketing science.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- • Expert proficiency in social listening and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker, CreatorIQ, and Sprinklr
- • Extensive experience working within social teams across organic, paid, influencer, and earned executions
- • Experience with panel and survey providers including Global Web Index, YouGov, and Kantar
- • Proven ability to create analytical solutions that aggregate and mine data from numerous sources to build richer audience views and segmentations
- • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for non-technical audiences
- • Confident and proficient in presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders
- • Extremely organized and confident in managing teams of remote individuals
- • Collaborative team player with an open mind and desire to continually learn and push boundaries
