  • • Understand end-to-end data processes and flows to design and implement data management solutions that ensure efficient business operations and consistent data flows to stakeholders.
  • • Provide business process and system support through data coordination and integration to maintain data quality governance across enterprise systems.
  • • Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance by performing data cleansing, data audits, and data validation activities.
  • • Perform root-cause analysis on data-related system problems and recommend or execute corrective actions to resolve data inconsistencies and failures.
  • • Conduct testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management, ETL processes, and system integrations.
  • • Identify, review, and evaluate data management metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements to strengthen data integrity, quality, and availability.
  • • Identify and implement process improvements focused on optimizing data workflows, reducing redundancy, and increasing automation.
  • • Work directly with business customers to derive and clarify data requirements for reporting, analytics, and system enhancements.
  • • Produce detailed data mapping documentation to define source-to-target relationships across systems and data pipelines.
  • • Apply advanced SQL skills to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within relational database environments.
  • • Leverage strong ETL knowledge within a data warehouse ecosystem to support data movement, transformation, and loading processes.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, data security guidelines, and the company’s Code of Business Conduct when handling protected health information and confidential customer data.
  • • Collaborate across teams to support data governance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational privacy and compliance policies.
  • • Utilize Dataiku and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to build analytical solutions and automate data workflows.
  • • Explore and develop AI-based solutions to reduce manual data processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • • Operate in a remote work environment based in Pennsylvania with no travel requirements.
  • • This role does not supervise or manage other employees.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a closely related field
  • • 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in data analysis or data management
  • • 3 years of experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as Oracle or SQL
  • • 3 years of experience writing advanced SQL queries
  • • 3 years of experience producing data mapping documentation
  • • Strong ETL knowledge in a data warehouse ecosystem
