📋 Description
- • Senior Data Analyst role focused on improving financial health support for customers in difficulty, driving data-informed product decisions and regulatory compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating strategic insights, advising on global expansion, building and maintaining Looker dashboards, ensuring accurate regulatory reporting, developing data controls, and leading data quality and accessibility projects.
- • Part of Monzo’s Financial Health squad within the Data and Credit team, collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Analytical Engineering in an agile environment to support customers and innovate in borrowing products.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in financial analytics, influence product strategy, work with modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Python, GCP), and grow into a leadership role within Monzo’s data progression framework.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience using a variety of data analysis tools and knowing when to apply the right one
- • Solid grounding in SQL
- • Passion for using data to improve and inform business decisions
- • Ability to work autonomously and solve challenging problems while collaborating with subject matter experts
- • Comfort with both hands-on analysis and strategic thinking
- • Experience in Financial Health is a plus but not required
