📋 Description

• • As a Senior Data Analyst, Spending at Chime (via The Bancorp Bank, N.A.), you will develop, test, launch, and scale member banking products that enhance spending, saving, and investing experiences, directly impacting member engagement and retention through data-driven insights.
• • Day to day, you will partner with product, engineering, research, and design teams to translate data into product guidance, lead experimentation by defining success metrics and evaluating impact, drive roadmap discussions, monitor KPIs, and foster a test-and-learn culture by storytelling with data to inspire change.
• • You will join Chime, a mission-driven financial technology company focused on helping everyday Americans achieve financial progress through free, helpful, and easy banking services, backed by a culture of ownership, integrity, and entrepreneurial grit.
