📋 Description

• Senior Data Analytics Manager at Risepoint Holdings LLC, serving as the analytical engine for Student Success Center operations to drive data-informed decisions that improve agent performance, pipeline health, and student outcomes across New Enrollment, Retention, and Contact Center functions.
• Act as a trusted analytical partner to SSC operations leadership, proactively understanding evolving priorities and converting business needs into clear analytical questions; own end-to-end analysis of SSC performance including conversion health across lifecycle stages, agent activity, pipeline ops, retention signals, and VoS analytics; drive analytical frameworks and dashboards in Power BI for self-serve KPI access; contribute to enrollment forecasting by integrating call center and pipeline signals into rolling forecast models.
• Risepoint is an education technology company supporting over 100 universities and colleges in developing high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in nursing, teaching, business, and public service, dedicated to increasing access to affordable education for working adults.
• Build trusted relationships with SSC operations leaders, deliver high-impact analytical projects with actionable recommendations, master SSC operational workflows and data sources, and establish standardized metric definitions to increase trust in reporting and reduce ad hoc requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, strategy, or management consulting
• 4+ years working directly with senior operations or call center stakeholders as a primary analytical partner
• Proven ability to work with ambiguous or imperfect data environments without losing analytical integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related field (required)
