• • The Senior Data Management Professional at Humana Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of encounter data for Medicaid and Medicare programs by developing and optimizing business processes that exceed submission standards through rigorous data analysis and quality assurance.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and maintaining Python scripts, SQL queries, Databricks notebooks, Azure DevOps pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and process automations; supporting partners with data issue resolution and root cause analysis; presenting clear insights to internal and external stakeholders; and advocating for innovation in data management practices.
• • The role is part of the Encounter Submission organization within Humana, a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid populations, military personnel, families, and communities through integrated insurance and CenterWell healthcare services.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in healthcare data compliance, advanced analytics, and process automation while leading cross-functional collaboration to improve data visibility, quality, and accuracy, with opportunities to influence long-term improvements in encounter submission workflows.
