- • As a Senior Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — and own the analytical function end-to-end to help scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business in the next four years.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining the right business problems before analysis, building metrics and reports, running experiments, surfacing insights, and driving outcomes by influencing stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations with clear, persuasive communication. You will own execution, not just strategy, ensuring your work materially changes the trajectory of the business.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who are analytical powerhouses and first principles problem solvers. The Data Science & Analytics team operates with no slides, no corporate fluff, and a hands-on mindset — every person owns a critical domain and focuses only on work that delivers tangible impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in applying data science to high-impact business challenges in a fast-growing, profitable tech company. You will sharpen your ability to break down ambiguous problems, communicate complex findings to leadership, and take ownership of outcomes — all while working with modern tools like SQL (Clickhouse), Python, Jupyter Hub, Metabase, and GitHub.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL or Python
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First principles thinker who defines the right problems before building solutions
- • Owner mindset: takes responsibility for fixing issues, even outside formal scope
