- • As a Senior Databricks Architect at Concentrix, you will serve as a key technical leader in designing and delivering scalable data, analytics, and AI platforms built on Databricks and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) for enterprise clients.
- • Day to day, you will partner with lead consultants to identify high-value Databricks use cases, design and deploy Lakehouse architectures, oversee data pipeline development using Spark, Python, and SQL, enforce engineering standards, and provide hands-on technical leadership to data engineers and analysts.
- • You will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team, a global force driving transformation through data-powered, intelligence-fueled solutions, working with top talent across 70+ countries to modernize customer experiences for world-class brands.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise-scale Databricks implementations, lead architectural discussions with client stakeholders, influence technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to IP creation and solution packaging while advancing your career in a recognized leader in workplace culture and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proven experience driving architecture and design in data or analytics projects in consulting, professional services, or similar environments
- • Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering data platforms and pipelines on Databricks, including Delta Lake, Jobs/Workflows, and Databricks SQL
- • Strong programming skills in at least two of: Python, PySpark, and SQL, with demonstrated ability to build performant batch and streaming solutions
- • Solid understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) relevant to Databricks deployments, such as storage, networking, identity, and DevOps tooling
- • Experience implementing data governance, security, and access control in Lakehouse or data platform environments using Unity Catalog or similar tools
