- • Lead the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to deploy and scale distributed edge computing systems that enable AI-driven operations at the tactical edge for U.S. Department of Defense and global allied partners.
- • Design and implement complex program capture strategies to secure funding and contractual commitments for emerging edge infrastructure technologies across multiple use cases including AI, data ingestion, and application hosting.
- • Collaborate directly with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to align customer requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of edge compute capabilities into military operational environments.
- • Drive proposal development, market analysis, and strategic planning activities with a hands-on leadership approach, translating operational feedback from live force exercises into scalable business opportunities.
- • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Department of Defense requirements owners, capability portfolio managers, and program offices to identify and prioritize acquisition pathways for edge infrastructure solutions.
- • Partner with hyperscale cloud service providers and frontier AI technology vendors to extend cloud access and computational power to disadvantaged and contested battlefield environments.
- • Articulate the value proposition of Anduril’s edge infrastructure powered by Lattice OS to government and industry stakeholders, emphasizing real-time data flow, tactical agility, and AI-enabled decision-making.
- • Analyze current and emerging demand signals in the tactical edge compute market to inform product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and competitive differentiation.
- • Operate across multiple geographies including Orange County, CA; Washington, DC; or remote locations, with up to 50% travel to meet with government clients, partners, and field teams.
- • Maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance and ensure compliance with all national security protocols governing the sale and deployment of defense technologies.
- • Serve as a senior representative of Anduril’s Connected Warfare division, shaping the long-term vision for edge infrastructure adoption across U.S. and allied military forces.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15 years of experience in selling and scaling distributed systems to both public and commercial customers in the tactical computing space
- • Prior experience bringing tactical edge compute capabilities to market across multiple use cases such as AI, data ingestion, and application hosting
- • Deep understanding of U.S. Department of War acquisition processes, government contracting, and capability transition pathways
- • Proven track record in leading capture efforts and securing programmatic funding for emerging defense technologies
- • Currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
