📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Cloud Solutions Architect team as a player-coach, combining technical leadership with hands-on architecture work to drive cloud migration and transformation for enterprise clients.
• Define team standards, mentor architects, and ensure consistent quality in solution designs, architecture diagrams, SOWs, TCO analyses, and HLD/LLD documentation across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to win deals, shape go-to-market strategy, and deliver technically sound, differentiated cloud solutions aligned with Ensono’s Cloud Transform Framework.
• Stay current on cloud innovations, drive process improvements, and represent Ensono as a technical authority in client engagements and industry forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solutions engineering, or related technical roles with strong foundation in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing solutions architects, cloud engineers, or technical presales teams.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in cloud migration methodologies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rebuild, Replace) and experience designing complex enterprise cloud migration solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security (IAM/RBAC, zero trust), hybrid patterns, and fluency with IaC (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation), DevOps, and cloud-native services.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate technical complexity into business value for executive and technical audiences.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or consulting environment.
