• • As Senior Director, Engineering Operations & Platform at Alma, you will be the primary driver and orchestrator of the company’s engineering transformation, leading the adoption of Lean, Dual-Track Agile, DevOps, Generative Culture, and AI-first practices to accelerate value delivery to therapists and patients.
• • You will directly manage Infra and DevX platform teams, guide the potential build-out of a software platform group, and collaborate with Engineering, InfoSec, IT, and Product to ensure cohesive strategies, while driving department-wide skill development through AI-focused training and knowledge-sharing.
• • Alma is on a mission to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health care by empowering therapists to accept insurance and grow their practices sustainably, serving over 20,000 therapists across all 50 states and backed by $220.5M in funding from top-tier investors.
• • In this role, you will achieve measurable outcomes including a 20% increase in developer productivity, infrastructure cost optimization, widespread AI-first cultural adoption, and strategic orchestration as a force multiplier for the CTO — all while developing expertise in transformational leadership, data-driven engineering, and AI-powered platform evolution.
