- • As Senior Director, Enterprise Systems - SAP Medical Device at iRhythm Technologies, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on SAP and integrated systems that support scalable growth, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a highly regulated medical device environment.
- • You will define and execute the long-term enterprise applications roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, drive major SAP transformation initiatives, and ensure ERP, Finance, HR, and operational systems enable compliant, efficient, and scalable business operations across the organization.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts and application specialists, establishing strong governance, delivery models, and decision frameworks to ensure alignment between IT and business stakeholders in Finance, Operations, HR, and Commercial functions.
- • You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, partnering to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions while championing end-to-end process optimization and ensuring enterprise systems support FDA, SOX, HIPAA, and data integrity standards.
- • You will manage relationships with SAP partners, system integrators, and enterprise vendors, leading contract negotiations, delivery oversight, and performance management to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and operational improvements in a mission-critical, regulated environment.
- • You will embed compliance, traceability, and quality principles into application design and operations, ensuring systems meet the rigorous demands of medical device regulation while enabling innovation and growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT leadership roles with proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- • Deep experience with SAP implementations and enterprise business applications (ERP, Finance, HR), including hands-on technical leadership or architecture involvement in major ERP transformations.
- • Demonstrated experience working in highly regulated industries such as medical device, healthcare, or life sciences, with familiarity in FDA, SOX, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
