- • The Senior Director of Real World Evidence leads research teams, mentors junior staff, and drives business growth by overseeing a portfolio of research studies and managing client accounts in the UK and Europe.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing study design and execution using secondary data sources, leading teams to deliver high-quality analyses, managing client expectations, developing business proposals, mentoring staff, and representing the company at conferences and industry events.
- • Precision AQ, LLC is a growing division of Precision Medicine Group focused on real-world evidence and health economics outcomes research, serving pharmaceutical and healthcare clients with data-driven insights to support decision-making in Europe and globally.
- • The person in this role can achieve leadership impact by shaping research strategy, publishing influential work, building long-term client partnerships, and developing the next generation of researchers while contributing to the company’s European expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in health-services research (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or public policy)
- • 10 years of relevant research experience, including at least 4–5 years in consulting
- • Strong working knowledge of epidemiological, statistical, and observational research methods
- • Expertise in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), pharmaceutical industry, health policy, payer value assessment, and HTA evidence requirements in Europe and globally
- • Proven track record of managing client relationships, project timelines, financial performance, and developing proposals to generate new business
- • Experience managing cross-functional research teams and mentoring staff at all levels
- • Published research in health economics, health outcomes, or health policy
- • Proficiency in business applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
- • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays
