This collaborative effort is essential for delivering a consistent and supportive journey for patients and caregivers. Partnering with the Insights & Analytics team is vital for defining key success metrics, diligently monitoring program performance, and implementing continuous improvements for all patient programs. The Senior Director will serve as the primary patient marketing subject-matter expert, providing guidance and insights to senior leadership and various cross-functional stakeholders. This includes the critical responsibilities of selecting, managing, and leading external agency partners and vendors, as well as owning and meticulously managing patient marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and a strong return on investment. A fundamental requirement is ensuring that all patient marketing activities strictly adhere to all relevant regulatory, legal, and promotional review requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
  • • Beyond strategic and operational execution, the Senior Director will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing Patient Marketing team.
