- • Senior Engineering Manager leading the Merchandising Engineering team at Stitch Fix, responsible for owning and improving the end-to-end procurement journey from product discovery to warehouse receipt, directly impacting over $100M in inventory investments and $1.3B in annualized revenue.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring and developing engineers, setting technical and execution standards, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration, facilitating technical design discussions, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, driving engineering reliability and productivity programs, and recruiting and retaining top engineering talent.
- • The Selection Product Team, part of Digital Supply Networks, builds tools to empower merchandising, leveraging AI and recommendation algorithms to optimize inventory decisions, working closely with merchandising, finance, and data science to deliver scalable systems that support long-term growth and a delightful client experience.
- • In this role, you will grow as a people-first leader, deepen your expertise in retail technology systems, drive measurable business impact through scalable platforms, and develop high-performing, diverse engineering teams across four time zones while advancing your skills in strategic partnership, agile execution, and technical mentorship.
