- • Arbiter Ai is revolutionizing healthcare by introducing an AI-powered care orchestration system designed to unify the fragmented landscape of healthcare solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to spearhead our go-to-market (GTM) narrative and translate our innovative product capabilities into compelling, commercially effective stories. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven ability to craft clear, credible, and impactful messaging that resonates with enterprise clients in the healthcare sector.
- • As the single-threaded owner of Arbiter's GTM narrative, you will be instrumental in shaping how our enterprise products are perceived and adopted. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and own the overarching messaging and positioning strategy for Arbiter's enterprise solutions. This involves deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and developing persona-specific narratives tailored for both payer and provider organizations. Ensuring consistency and clarity across all communication channels, including sales, marketing, public relations, investor relations, and executive communications, will be paramount.
- • A critical aspect of this role is leading competitive and market intelligence efforts. You will conduct in-depth analysis, frame our market category effectively, and develop essential sales enablement tools such as battlecards, win-loss insights, and strategic points of view (POVs). These resources will empower our sales teams to confidently differentiate Arbiter within complex enterprise buying cycles, working in close collaboration with Product and Sales leadership.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust suite of core sales enablement assets. This includes crafting persuasive pitch decks, concise one-pagers, compelling demo narratives, practical ROI frameworks, and comprehensive proof-point libraries. Your partnership with Sales leadership will be crucial for continuously refining the effectiveness of these assets, incorporating real-time pipeline feedback to ensure they directly contribute to revenue growth.
- • Owning customer story development is another key responsibility. You will lead the creation of impactful case studies, gather and articulate early proof points, and develop compelling narratives around cost of care improvements and positive health outcomes. This requires translating complex technical and operational achievements into clear, buyer-relevant value propositions, in close collaboration with our Product, Data, and Customer Success teams.
- • Furthermore, you will lead the GTM and launch strategy for new products, capabilities, strategic partnerships, and significant customer announcements. This entails defining clear launch narratives, sequencing communication efforts, and developing all supporting materials. You will coordinate execution seamlessly across Product, Communications, Sales, and Executive leadership to ensure successful and impactful launches.
- • This role thrives on cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the essential connective tissue between our product development and sales efforts, fostering strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership. You will provide clear direction and strategic guidance to our Comms, Design, and external support resources as needed, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
