📋 Description

• • The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst at CareAccess Inc. supports the Enterprise Performance team by providing data and insights to sites and organizational leaders to drive and improve organizational performance. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization to enhance quality, patient service, and trial delivery.
• • Day to day, the analyst will develop dashboards and analytical reports, analyze key performance data to identify levers impacting patient service and trial delivery, conduct ad hoc and regular analytics to support business initiatives, collaborate with leaders across the value chain to track organizational performance, assist in formulating performance indicators, mentor junior analysts, and provide business support to operations teams as needed.
