📋 Description

• As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors, directly enabling enterprise customers to streamline complex workflows using AI-powered automation.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting agent-based AI solutions on the Workato platform, designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, developing prompting and memory management techniques for LLMs, troubleshooting AI-driven architectures, and collaborating with customers to deliver tailored, scalable solutions while ensuring seamless integration into existing IT frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related technical field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, with at least 3 years hands-on experience with the Workato platform
• Proven experience in AI engineering, specifically in designing and implementing agent-based systems and scalable AI-driven workflows
