📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer focused on Web Performance & Growth, you will be a technical leader driving initiatives that directly impact user experience, platform performance, and conversion rates for a leading real estate technology platform.
• You will own high-stakes projects end-to-end, architecting scalable systems using React and Next.js, optimizing user acquisition flows, improving Core Web Vitals, implementing A/B testing and feature flags, and enhancing observability and analytics to inform data-driven product decisions.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams, mentor fellow engineers, and contribute to SEO strategies and CMS integrations while raising the bar for code quality and engineering practices across the organization.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern web performance, growth engineering, and full-stack development, while gaining leadership experience in architecture, experimentation, and mentorship — positioning you for continued technical and professional advancement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building modern, large-scale web applications
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching, and Lighthouse optimization
• Proven experience designing and running A/B tests and managing gradual feature rollouts
• Strong experience with analytics, tracking, and telemetry systems
• Experience working across the stack (Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails) and integrating with complex APIs
• Ability to make high-level architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
