- • As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the AI Agents team at Hatch Ltd., you will design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end—from customer-facing UI and product surfaces to backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations—while clearly communicating technical decisions and trade-offs to the team.
- • You will partner closely with product and design as a true thought partner, bringing a strong product sense and product-oriented mindset to every feature, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
- • You will own your work end-to-end, deliver results on time, partner across team boundaries to unblock yourself, drive clarity, and ship, while setting the technical direction and quality bar for the team across architecture, code quality, and delivery practices.
- • You will mentor and guide junior engineers, foster a culture of learning and technical excellence, proactively identify and resolve critical technical issues, contribute to architectural discussions, and raise the bar for the group.
- • Hatch is a small, ambitious team building AI that transforms how service businesses grow, driven by speed, ownership, and impact, where engineers own problems end to end, ship to production early, and work across a modern stack (Elixir, Python, Go, React + TypeScript) on problems that directly shape the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • In-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript.
- • Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language, with the curiosity and adaptability to pick up new languages and frameworks as our stack evolves.
- • Comfort working across the stack and owning features end-to-end, from data model to UI.
- • Several years of experience shipping production software, with a track record of leading projects from spec to launch alongside multiple contributors.
- • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Eager to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of AI capabilities—actively exploring new models, tools, and techniques, and thoughtfully applying them to your work and to the product.
