- • Collaborate closely with content, video, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign delivery.
- • Adapt and optimize visual assets based on performance data, user feedback, and analytics insights.
- • Maintain strict design quality and visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital and print materials.
- • Support product marketing initiatives with clear, compelling visual communication that enhances user understanding and engagement.
- • Mentor junior designers by providing feedback, guiding creative direction, and fostering team growth and skill development.
- • Stay current with evolving trends in digital design, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflow and output quality.
- • Balance meticulous attention to detail with a strategic understanding of brand systems and visual hierarchy.

- • Own the end-to-end delivery of visual assets from concept to final output, ensuring alignment with business goals and user impact.
- • Operate within a flat, high-performance team culture that values ownership, execution, and strategic creativity over fluff or bureaucracy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean execution, storytelling, and design leadership
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion design tools
- • Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency
- • Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- • Experience mentoring designers is a plus
