📋 Description

• As a Senior Growth Analyst at Paddle, you will be the foundational hire bridging data and marketing to identify and fast-track high-potential founders in the self-serve funnel, which represents 80% of the seller base and is critical to scaling top-of-funnel volume.
• You will establish funnel integrity by building and maintaining core growth data models in Snowflake via dbt, instrument end-to-end tracking from ad click to first dollar of revenue, and eliminate data silos to ensure high-fidelity reporting across the self-serve funnel.
• You will track the full user journey by activating data from Snowflake into operational tools, partnering with Web, Product, and Engineering teams to follow users from first click through signup to first revenue.
• You will measure experimentation outcomes by defining success metrics, tracking how product and marketing changes impact user behavior, and determining which tests to scale.
• You will identify growth levers by segmenting sign-ups by intent and behavior to build better onboarding paths, audit marketing ROI by comparing acquisition source performance against spend, and forecast long-term growth by partnering with Finance to predict future revenue and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytics engineer with hands-on experience in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to build reliable data models for marketing and growth teams.
• Analytically rigorous and Python-fluent, with experience designing and evaluating experiments, applying statistical methods, and using tools like Omni, Tableau, or Looker to turn analysis into clear, self-serve insights.
• Deep familiarity with marketing and PLG funnels, including attribution modeling, user segmentation, and identifying behavioral signals that predict long-term seller value.
• Commercially minded and curious, motivated by business outcomes as much as analytical craft, with the ability to connect data findings to acquisition cost, revenue impact, and growth levers and communicate them to drive stakeholder action.
• Biased toward pragmatic experimentation, proving value with lightweight tests before advocating for larger investments, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
