- • As a Senior GTM Analyst, your core responsibility will be to transform data into strategic recommendations that directly impact our growth trajectory. You will dive deep into our marketing spend, sales funnels, and overall GTM performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing investments yield maximum ROI, our sales processes are streamlined for higher conversion rates, and our stakeholders have access to reliable, timely data for informed decision-making. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and a resilient, hands-on approach to navigate the exciting challenges of a rapidly scaling startup.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • **Optimizing Marketing Spend and ROI:** You will be tasked with building, refining, and maintaining sophisticated multi-touch attribution models. This will involve analyzing the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns, understanding the customer journey across touchpoints, and providing data-backed recommendations for budget allocation. The goal is to ensure every marketing dollar is spent effectively, driving measurable improvements in marketing ROI and customer acquisition.
- • **Enhancing Funnel Conversion Rates:** You will conduct in-depth analysis of our inbound and outbound sales motions to pinpoint friction points and bottlenecks within the sales funnel. By identifying key areas for improvement, you will develop strategies and provide insights to drive significant increases in lead-to-close conversion rates, ultimately accelerating revenue generation.
- • **Ensuring Data Reliability and Uptime:** Maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our GTM data is paramount. You will be responsible for the accuracy and continuous uptime of all GTM dashboards within our Business Intelligence (BI) tools. This ensures that Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams have dependable, up-to-the-minute reporting to guide their daily operations and strategic planning.
- • **Accelerating Insight Delivery with AI:** Embracing innovation, you will leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks and data analysis processes. This will free up valuable time for deeper, more strategic analysis and allow for faster delivery of critical insights to stakeholders, keeping pace with our rapid growth.
- • **Driving Strategic GTM Initiatives:** Beyond day-to-day analysis, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve our overall GTM strategy. This could involve analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, or customer segmentation to inform new growth initiatives and refine our existing approaches.
- • **Collaborating Cross-Functionally:** Success in this role hinges on strong collaboration. You will work closely with our Data Engineering team to ensure data infrastructure supports GTM needs, and partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align on data definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks, fostering a unified understanding of performance across the organization.
- • **Developing and Presenting Insights:** You will translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for various audiences, from individual contributors to executive leadership. Your ability to present insights effectively will be crucial in driving adoption of data-informed decisions.
