- • As a Senior GTM Analyst at MagicSchool Inc., you will serve as the primary analytical engine for Marketing and Sales strategy, transforming raw data into actionable revenue insights that directly support the company’s rapid scale and mission to empower educators through generative AI. Your work will be critical in optimizing marketing spend, improving funnel conversion, ensuring data reliability, and accelerating insight delivery—all of which drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth in a high-velocity, mission-driven environment.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to improve marketing ROI through smarter budget allocation; analyze inbound and outbound sales funnel performance to identify friction points and increase lead-to-close conversion rates; ensure the accuracy, uptime, and reliability of all GTM dashboards in BI tools (such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker) for dependable daily reporting; leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks and accelerate insight delivery; collaborate with data engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align data definitions and ensure cross-functional consistency; extract and analyze performance data from Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to inform strategy; and present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations that support high-velocity execution during rapid scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and sales analytics with a deep understanding of pipeline health and customer journeys
- • Highly skilled in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker to transform complex datasets into actionable visualizations
- • Proven ability to act as a grinder who can navigate the messy middle between startup chaos and structured scale
- • Comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to extract and analyze sales performance data
- • Practical experience using AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis and improve workflow efficiency
- • Ability to partner effectively with data engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data definitions are aligned across the organization
