- • As a Senior HR Business Partner at BJAK, you will be at the forefront of shaping our people strategy, acting as a critical strategic advisor, coach, and organizational problem-solver for our senior leadership teams. This pivotal role operates at the intersection of business strategy and its execution, empowering leaders to design effective organizations, cultivate exceptional talent, proactively manage risks, and scale our people systems across diverse and expanding regions. Success in this position hinges on your robust judgment, keen business acumen, and your proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders without relying on formal authority, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- • You will serve as an indispensable and trusted partner to senior executives, providing expert counsel on a wide spectrum of organizational dynamics. This includes advising on optimal organization design to support strategic objectives, enhancing leadership effectiveness through targeted development and feedback, driving high-performance cultures, and formulating comprehensive workforce strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans. Your insights will be instrumental in ensuring our organizational structure and talent practices are not only scalable but also agile enough to adapt to the dynamic nature of our business.
- • A core responsibility will be to translate BJAK's overarching company and business strategies into actionable, scalable people plans. This encompasses all facets of the employee lifecycle, from strategic talent acquisition and robust organizational structuring to targeted capability building initiatives and rigorous succession planning. You will ensure that our people strategies are not merely reactive but proactively designed to fuel our growth trajectory and build sustainable organizational strength.
- • You will take the lead in navigating and resolving complex people-related situations. This includes expertly managing sensitive senior employee relations matters, orchestrating organizational restructurings with empathy and strategic foresight, and implementing effective performance interventions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Your ability to handle these critical issues with discretion and professionalism will be paramount.
- • Driving meticulous workforce planning and ensuring rigorous headcount governance are key functions of this role. You will collaborate closely with our Finance department and the CEO Office to develop accurate forecasts, manage resource allocation effectively, and maintain clear visibility over our talent investments, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and strategic priorities.
- • You will spearhead comprehensive talent review processes and robust succession planning initiatives across all regions. This involves identifying high-potential individuals, developing tailored leadership development programs, and ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders to sustain our long-term success and facilitate seamless transitions in leadership roles.
- • Leveraging people analytics will be central to your approach. You will be responsible for surfacing actionable insights from data related to employee engagement, attrition trends, productivity levels, and overall organizational health. Crucially, you will translate these insights into data-driven strategies and initiatives designed to foster a more engaged, productive, and healthy work environment.
- • You will provide dedicated support during critical employee lifecycle moments for senior leaders, ensuring these transitions are managed with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and empathy. This includes onboarding, offboarding, and significant career milestones, reinforcing BJAK's commitment to its people.
- • Furthermore, you will act as a change agent, championing and guiding organizational change initiatives. This involves communicating effectively, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that change is implemented smoothly and with minimal disruption, reinforcing our adaptive and forward-thinking culture.
- • You will also play a key role in fostering BJAK's unique culture, ensuring that our people practices and leadership behaviors are aligned with our core values of ownership, clarity, judgment, and execution. Your influence will help to maintain our flat, no-politics environment where merit and impact are recognized and rewarded.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the strategic direction of a rapidly growing, technology-driven company. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our global operations, ensuring that our people are our greatest asset as we continue to innovate and expand in the insurance and financial services sector.
🎯 Requirements

- • Demonstrated ability to build strong, credible relationships with senior executives and influence decision-making through data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and persuasive communication.
- • Deep understanding of organizational design principles, talent management best practices, workforce planning, and employee relations, with practical experience in applying these across different business units or geographies.
- • Experience in managing complex and sensitive employee relations issues, organizational change initiatives, and performance management interventions with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment.
- • Comfort and adaptability in operating across diverse geographies and cultures, understanding the nuances of international HR practices and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to evolving business models and market dynamics.
