📋 Description

• As a Senior I Fullstack Engineer on Vanta's Emerging Products & Product Platform team, you will help build and scale critical systems that enable businesses to earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, directly supporting Vanta's mission to restore trust in internet businesses.
• You will lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers, mentor junior team members, collaborate on shared product primitives, and make strategic technical tradeoffs that balance business needs, user experience, and long-term system sustainability.
• You will contribute to one of several high-impact teams—Third Party Risk Management, Monetization, Expansion, Collaboration, or Customer Trust Automation—each focused on scaling Vanta’s platform to serve enterprise customers and drive revenue growth through innovative, secure, and scalable product experiences.
• Vanta is a rapidly growing, mission-driven company with proven product-market fit, backed by strong monetization since its first customer, offering engineers career-defining opportunities to grow technically and professionally while working on problems that matter at scale.
• You will work with a modern fullstack stack including React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB, and be encouraged to responsibly leverage AI to amplify your impact and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience with a strong emphasis on backend development
• Proven experience leading small teams of engineers to deliver impactful projects
• Demonstrated success building user-facing SaaS products over multiple years, ideally across both startup and enterprise environments
• Experience building 0→1 products and solving complex engineering problems in fast-paced, action-oriented environments
• Proficiency with TypeScript is a plus; familiarity with React, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB is expected
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to using AI responsibly to enhance productivity and decision-making
