• • The Senior Informaticist at Humana Inc. plays a critical role in supporting Medicaid drug pipeline forecasting and financial impact modeling within the Pharmacy Analytics organization, directly influencing enterprise planning and decision-making for high-cost therapies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing utilization, cost, and PMPM forecasts using pharmacy claims data, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses for financial risk assessment, analyzing trends in Medicaid populations, delivering clear insights and visualizations to stakeholders, collaborating with actuarial and clinical partners, and building reproducible code in SQL, Python, PowerBI, or Databricks to ensure analytical quality and process improvement.
