📋 Description

• • As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Observability) at Workato, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and visibility of the company’s enterprise orchestration platform, which connects data, processes, applications, and experiences for 400,000+ global customers.
• • You will design, deploy, and maintain production observability stacks including logging, metrics, and tracing; scale infrastructure across multi-datacenter Kubernetes environments; own logging pipeline architecture; improve distributed tracing adoption; manage EKS clusters; automate operational tasks; and contribute to compliance and audit readiness.
• • You will join Workato’s infrastructure team, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to reduce operational toil, enhance system stability, and drive best practices in observability across a flexible, innovation-driven culture that values ownership and teamwork.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, VictoriaMetrics), gain hands-on experience scaling systems in EKS and AWS environments, and contribute to compliance-ready infrastructure while working in a high-impact, production-first environment.
