- • Guide families who have already initiated their senior care search with A Place for Mom through the final decision-making stages to convert interest into move-ins.
- • Manage a high-volume pipeline of engaged families requiring consistent, structured follow-up via phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance them toward a move-in decision.
- • Execute a disciplined sales cadence to prevent pipeline stagnation, maintain momentum, and ensure no opportunity is lost due to lack of follow-up.
- • Build trust quickly with families by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a deep understanding of their unique care needs and priorities.
- • Provide personalized guidance to help families identify the best-fit senior living communities or home care providers from A Place for Mom’s network of 15,000+ vetted providers.
- • Coordinate directly with senior living communities and care providers to schedule tours, share feedback, and facilitate seamless transitions leading to move-ins.
- • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in the CRM system to reflect pipeline status, next steps, communication history, and forecasted conversions.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion metrics through disciplined execution and outcome-oriented focus.
- • Drive outcomes by moving families from tour scheduling to final decision, including arranging additional tours when necessary and providing alternative referrals to keep momentum alive.
- • Participate in regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and training programs to refine sales techniques, improve performance, and adopt best practices.
- • Operate with high accountability for individual results while collaborating as a team to achieve broader organizational goals.
- • Work remotely with full autonomy, requiring a dedicated home office, high-speed hardwired internet, and the ability to maintain focus and productivity without direct supervision.
- • Adjust schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate family availability and maximize outreach effectiveness.
- • Use company-provided laptop, VOIP system, CRM tools, and sales resources to execute all aspects of the sales process efficiently and professionally.
- • Demonstrate resilience, responsiveness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.
- • Balance multitasking between active calls, real-time CRM documentation, and follow-up communications without compromising accuracy or customer experience.
