📋 Description
- • As a Senior Insights Analyst (Mensch) at WPP Media, you will serve as a central point of contact for clients and media advisors, driving data-driven decision-making through quantitative insights that support transformational marketing growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end quantitative insights projects—from briefing to presentation—conducting deep data analysis and interpretation, visually preparing complex insights for client recommendations, generating data for technology-driven campaign processes, and collaborating agilely across interdisciplinary Data and Tech units.
- • WPP Media is WPP’s AI-driven media operating unit, uniting media, data, and partnerships through the WPP Open platform to deliver creative personalization at scale, helping global brands navigate change and capture opportunity with Open Intelligence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in quantitative market and media research, strengthen your stakeholder management and presentation skills, gain hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools (SPSS, R, Tivian, Quantilope), and contribute to the evolution of innovative methodologies in the AI-powered marketing landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed degree in Social Sciences, Media, Communication, Economics, Psychology, or Statistics
- • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quantitative market or media research
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights and recommendations from complex data
- • Proficiency in MS Office and SPSS or R (or comparable statistical software); experience with Tivian or Quantilope for questionnaire creation is a plus
- • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with proven stakeholder management and client-facing presentation abilities
