  • • As a Senior Insights Manager at Inizio Engage, you will be a pivotal member of our Insights and Research Team, responsible for the strategic design and meticulous execution of projects that unearth critical insights for our diverse clientele.
  • • Your work will span across multiple accounts and service lines, demanding a versatile approach to understanding and addressing complex business challenges within the pharmaceutical and broader B2B landscapes.

  • • Reporting directly to a member of our Insight Management Team, your responsibilities will encompass leading client delivery, managing projects from inception to completion, and providing essential support to all clients.
  • • *Healthcare Research & Insight Leadership**
  • • Provide expert advisory services to both internal teams and external clients, guiding them on their primary and secondary research needs across both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical sectors.
  • • Actively contribute to proposals and pitches by conducting thorough desk research, generating strategic insights, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with client objectives.
  • • Champion the indispensable role of market and customer insight in the strategic development process, ensuring that data-driven understanding informs all major decisions.
  • • Leverage your broad knowledge of therapeutic areas, diverse audiences, industry processes, and compliance regulations to deliver relevant and impactful insights.
  • • Bring internal partner mindsets, behaviours, and perceptions to life through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations, fostering stronger internal collaborations.
  • • Proactively stay ahead of emerging industry trends, continuously sharing valuable insights both internally with colleagues and externally with clients and the wider industry.
  • • *Congress & Meeting Measurement**
  • • Take the lead in the setup, comprehensive project management, and diligent supplier oversight of congress measurement programmes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • • Deliver actionable insights and strategic client recommendations derived from congress and meeting data, enabling informed decision-making.
  • • Manage freelance resources effectively and, where necessary, attend events in person to capture on-site behavioural insights and qualitative feedback.
  • • *Qualitative & Quantitative Research Expertise**
  • • Design, expertly moderate, and deliver a range of qualitative and quantitative research studies, with a particular emphasis on strong qualitative research skills.
  • • Develop robust questionnaires, insightful discussion guides, and precise screeners tailored to meet specific research objectives.
  • • Conduct in-depth data analysis to produce clear, concise, and actionable insights that directly address complex business questions.
  • • Produce compelling, insight-led reports and presentations that offer strategic direction and clear recommendations for clients.
  • • Effectively communicate research findings and strategic implications to clients and internal teams, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  • • *Project & Client Management**
  • • Provide clear and precise guidance on project design, execution, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
  • • Proactively manage project milestones, allocate resources efficiently, and manage internal partner expectations to ensure smooth project progression.
  • • Cultivate strong client and supplier relationships, including meticulous financial management of projects and accounts.
  • • Consistently deliver high-quality client service and maintain open, effective communication channels.
  • • *Operational and People Leadership**
  • • Demonstrate the ability to manage conflict and crisis situations calmly and effectively, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • • Actively support team development, promote wellbeing, and provide mentorship to junior team members, contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented team culture.
  • • *Commercial & Business Development**
  • • Exhibit a deep understanding of client strategies and proactively identify opportunities for growth and enhanced service delivery.
  • • Accurately estimate project budgets, manage scope changes effectively, and provide strong support during pitch delivery processes.
