- • As a Senior IT Engineer at Drata, you will play a critical role in securing and scaling the company’s internal technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure operations across identity, device, network, and SaaS environments.
- • You will manage and evolve identity, device, and network security using infrastructure-as-code, build automated joiner/mover/leaver workflows, enforce least-privilege access, and partner with business and security teams to onboard and secure new tools.
- • You will join a mission-driven, high-velocity team of 600+ employees at Drata, a trusted leader in security and compliance automation, where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are core to the culture.
- • You will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise security while mentoring junior staff, driving AI adoption, and building internal tools that enhance IT team effectiveness and scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep technical knowledge of macOS in a heavy Mac environment
- • Experience with SSO/SAML solutions such as Okta or Ping for identity and access management
- • Experience with MDM software including JAMF, Kandji, or Fleet for device management
- • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, RFC standards) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), workflow automation, and SaaS APIs (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with frustrated users
- • Familiarity with GitOps workflows and version-controlling infrastructure changes
- • Curiosity and desire to learn new technologies, including AI integration opportunities
