📋 Description
- • Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to power large-scale digital experiences for a marquee Middle Eastern client.
- • Build, configure, and optimize custom AEM components, editable templates, modular workflows, and intuitive content structures to support enterprise digital platforms.
- • Partner closely with UX/UI designers, content strategists, marketing leads, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional website features.
- • Debug, isolate, and resolve technical issues across AEM environments including development, staging, and production.
- • Support ongoing code deployments, environment configurations, and release management activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- • Ensure exceptional code quality, security, and performance through proactive platform tuning, optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- • Participate in technical design discussions, providing architectural recommendations and creating structured documentation for platform enhancements.
- • Work within a fully remote setup while maintaining full availability to overlap with Middle East business hours (GMT+3 / GMT+4).
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum delivery environment to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
- • Apply deep expertise in the AEM stack including Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, JCR (Java Content Repository), and HTL/Sightly to build scalable, secure solutions.
- • Utilize core Java development skills alongside frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to ensure seamless component rendering and user experience.
- • Operate independently in a remote setting with accountability for delivering results without direct supervision.
- • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of AEM platforms by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing scalable fixes.
- • Engage with a global team of senior professionals and support transformative digital projects for government entities and enterprise brands across the Middle East.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7+ years of dedicated professional experience developing and deploying enterprise solutions specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- • Proven hands-on experience building custom AEM components, custom workflows, and modern templates.
- • Strong core Java development skills combined with deep experience utilizing key AEM stack frameworks: Apache Sling, OSGi bundles, JCR (Java Content Repository), and HTL/Sightly.
- • Practical working knowledge of frontend web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, to ensure smooth component rendering.
- • Experience operating successfully within fast-paced Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
